We want you to love your Vinteege tee. If it's not exactly what you expected, we've got you covered.

Returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, simply reach out to us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Just let us know your preferred size or design and we'll send out your replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tee arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, no questions asked.

We stand behind the quality of every tee we make. If your shirt fades, cracks, or shrinks within 365 days of purchase, let us know and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
